The Jassim and Hamad Bin Jassim Charitable Foundation announced it had provided QR3,690,744 in aid during the first quarter of 2025. The support targeted key sectors such as health and education, along with direct financial and in-kind assistance to low-income individuals and families.
The Foundation funds these monthly initiatives from its own resources. This self-reliant model reflects its long-term commitment to sustainable charitable work and aligns with its core vision: “Health and Education for a Better Life.”
Focus on Health and Education
In Q1 2025, the Foundation allocated QR1,903,251 to health and education—the two sectors central to its mission.
In education, the support covered tuition fees for students across all academic levels. From private and community schools to universities, this aid helped ensure students could continue their studies without financial hardship.
In healthcare, the Foundation supported patients facing serious medical conditions whose treatment costs were beyond their means. These efforts were carried out in collaboration with Hamad Medical Corporation.
Direct Financial and In-Kind Aid
To help improve living conditions for struggling families, the Foundation continued its monthly distribution of financial and in-kind assistance.
This support, valued at QR1,787,493 in the first three months of 2025, is delivered through a flexible and efficient system. The aid is tailored to meet the specific needs of each beneficiary, helping to reduce financial pressure and promote social stability.
A Sustainable Model of Social Solidarity
All of the Foundation’s charitable activities are fully self-funded. This approach allows for sustained support and reflects a deep belief in social solidarity.
By focusing on long-term, locally driven programs, the Foundation aims to ease the burdens of low-income families and build stronger, more resilient communities across Qatar.
