Phreesia, a leader in patient intake, outreach, and activation, announced that Kristin Roberts, its Vice President of Product Management, has been recognized in Becker’s Hospital Review’s 2025 list of the 100 Women in Health IT to Know.
Becker’s highlighted the role of women in healthcare innovation, noting their efforts in transforming health IT by streamlining administrative processes, improving workflows, and driving significant industry change.
In her current role, Roberts oversees Phreesia’s product strategy, aiming to enhance healthcare organizations’ capabilities and empower patients. She recently spearheaded the launch of three key products—focused on medication adherence, appointment readiness, and patient bill pay—all designed to engage patients at critical moments in their healthcare journey and improve their decision-making.
With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Roberts is known for her collaborative leadership style. She manages multiple teams focused on product management, user experience, clinical content, and analytics. Additionally, she has been instrumental during major milestones in Phreesia’s development, including the company’s initial public offering and its swift adaptation during the COVID-19 pandemic to address healthcare organizations’ urgent needs.
