The Center aims to be a trusted space offering professional support, helping people manage emotional challenges and guiding them toward recovery. It was established under the nationwide “How are you?” program initiated by First Lady Olena Zelenska.

Currently operating in a trial phase, the Center focuses on team building and developing support systems for both specialists and local communities.

Zabolotna expressed gratitude to the International Organization for Migration (IOM) for providing furniture, technology, and essential equipment, including a portable power station. She also thanked the International Red Cross Society and the Vinnytsia Regional Ukrainian Red Cross for supplying materials for child-focused psychological work and a generator to ensure uninterrupted service during power outages.

“The Center will be a source of strength for those facing loss, anxiety, and stress, and a platform for training professionals, community education, and fostering a culture of mental health care,” Zabolotna said.

Separately, First Lady Zelenska recently visited a Mental Health Center in the Dnipropetrovsk region, which has been operating since May, to review the progress of the mental health program there.
