In her latest vlog, Nikki opened up about her daily diet routine that helps her stay fit and healthy. She prefers simple, home-cooked meals rather than complicated diets.
Nikki starts her day with ghee black coffee, which she believes helps burn fat. After that, she goes to the gym for a cardio workout.
For breakfast, she enjoys a nutritious bowl containing oats, apples, pomegranate seeds, bananas, mangoes, and almonds. Her cook revealed that Nikki has been having this breakfast for the past three to four years. Nikki also mentioned that she carries this meal with her even while shooting.
When she is not filming, Nikki prefers to have lunch with her mother. She favors wholesome, home-cooked meals, usually including bhakari, rice, dal, eggs, and vegetables. In the vlog, she is seen eating mixed dal, egg bhurji, jowari bhakri, and brown rice. Nikki explained that they avoid wheat roti because jowari roti has more protein. During summer, she eats curd rice daily after lunch. Even on shoot days, Nikki sends her driver to bring her home-cooked lunch to the set.
In the evening, Nikki drinks a green juice made from celery, mint leaves, green apple, lemon, cucumber, and ginger. She credits this juice for helping her maintain glowing skin. She also drinks about five liters of water every day.
For dinner, Nikki usually eats grilled fish with sautéed vegetables, brown rice, and homemade sauce. She avoids using her phone during meals and prefers to enjoy the view outside her window to focus on eating. Nikki said she normally eats dinner around 6:30 PM when she is at home.
This simple and disciplined diet plan supports Nikki’s fitness and well-being, showing that home-cooked food and consistency can make a big difference.
